Bryan Cohen

Chicago, Illinois, United States

An author, comedian and director trying to make some people happy.

I'm the author of the book The Post-College Guide to Happiness, which is like a self-help guide for people in their 20s and beyond with a sense of humor and a desire for fulfillment.

I'm originally from Dresher, Pennsylvania and I attended college at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After I graduated, I attempted to follow in the footsteps of Bill Murray and Tina Fey by studying improv comedy. I performed with some awesome comedians and I produced some shows, but I still hadn't really found my calling.

I started concentrating on my writing a few years back and it's been awesome. The fortunate popularity of my first book 1,000 Creative Writing Prompts: Ideas for Blogs, Scripts, Stories and More has helped me to pay off some debt and focus on writing full-time. I dream of a day when I can focus on my own projects 24/7 and spread awesome writing and life advice worldwide.
