The gift I was born to give is seeing & understanding any young person who feels confused, lonely, lost, or disregarded, no matter their color, wealth, or social standing. There are hurting people everywhere & my books, my speaking, & my mentoring is for those teenagers and parents fighting for connection & meaning. I can't solve "out there" problems. But, I can make a difference "right here", in my life, through my actions. That is my commitment.
