<P><BR>California-born DeAngelo M. Robinson, aka “Sharp Tung”, is a singer/rapper/songwriter who was raised in a city called East Palo Alto [Bay Area]. He grew up the oldest of seven (7) children under a pastor and a missionary being his mother. He self-taught himself the percussion and learned to play the drums by ear. Some of his musical influences were: Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Ice Cube, Zapp &amp; Roger, Boy II Men, John P. Kee, Tribe Called Quest, Cameo, …..etc. </P> <P><BR>Unhappy with the direction of his life Sharp Tung moved to Atlanta, Ga in 1994 looking for a fresh start. He made a promise to himself and his late grandmother that he would be the 1st male in his family to receive a college degree. After finishing school and honing his skills as a rapper, he joined a group called “DEMASTR8TION” which consisted of members Raymont Avant aka “Spill” and Chico who are from St. Louis, MO. The group resided in Atlanta, Ga where they met and established their own Independent label/company called Ill-Fame Music Inc. After three (3) self-released independent LP’s the group parted to indulge in other endeavors. </P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>Today Sharp Tung is currently managing his independent record label as well as gearing up to release his critically acclaimed 1st CD, “Innovation” in February 2011; which will showcase his singing as well as witty but calm rap style. Sharp Tung has a wide range artistically and creatively but he’s not constrained to formulaic topics. Gifted in both aspects of R&amp;B crooning &amp; Rap, he brings a totally unique style to the game. Everybody can't sing but everybody in the world wants to rap, imagine an "ENTERTAINER" who can do both? </P>
