Hi, my name is Vinnis. I am a divorced single father raising two teen age girls, a high school senior and a high school junior. I have over 15 years of experience in the IT field. Yet its been 5 years since I have had a position comparable to my education and experience level. During this period of underemployment, I started a independent ice cream truck business. And since cooking is one of my passions, I have been encouraged by my family to establish a food truck business. And so here I am.
