Partnering with the Maasai people to build community driven projects
I am a retired entrepreneur who had the joy of putting my time and energy into fundraising to build a school in a Maasai village in Tanzania. It thrills me to share the joy that helping others in meaningful ways brings. In May 2013 I organized a group of supporters and we travelled to Makuyuni Village to literally “raise the roof” on the first school to be built on Maasai land. Now, this same community has asked us to partner with them to benefit the women.
