Plans Interrupted. Again

I started this for help with school. I loved school. I got As on every assignment.School felt like home, like where I belonged, and the place that was going to get me into a new exciting career. But a few weeks into the fabulous semester, I had a car accident. A broken neck, 5 broken ribs, lacerated spleen/liver.... I am lucky to be alive, but now I need help for a whole new reason. I can't work or go to school or do stuff like turn my head for a long time. Thanks for all of your help.
