I am an independent choreographer, performer, and writer, based in Philadelphia. I believe performance is place where we get the chance to practice living together, in all its discomfort and absurdity. My most recent piece is: "At the Gloaming with the Hipster Shaman": a summer solstice party that turns into a pre-dawn exorcism ritual, part of the Solow festival. I write for thINKingdance.net in addition to performing around the city. I am honored to have received this scholarship.
