Youth In the Arts-IMAGINE (YITA) combines elements of health, image, personal growth & self-development with artistic expression.

In 2013 YITA was awarded one (1) grant with the DC Department of Employment Services (D.O.E.S.), in order to implement a six-week summer program for eighty (80) Summer Youth Employment Program teens ages 14 – 15 yrs. old. In 2013 & 2014 two (2) grants were provided by DC Children and Youth Investment Trust Corporation and Office of Out of School Time Programs (OSTP) for DC Public Schools (DCPS) Summer Afternoon Program for fifty-five to one hundred (55-100) youth in grades K-3rd.
