Experienced mutant vehicle designer, Vulfie Munson, has successfully designed, funded, and transported two creative mutant vehicles to the playa, so if you had the chance to meet his previous mutants Frobot and Mr. Cephalopod, you know what you are in for. His current project is "Ceti Alpha V Eel (or C.A.V.E for short)" which is a Mutant Vehicle slated to make it's debut in Black Rock City 2014.
