My name is Cathleen. I live in a small town (8,000 humans) on Vancouver Island. It is a waterfront town on a very steep hill surrounded by an amazing harbour, fresh seafood and artisans. I've been a business manager in the music industry for years in Vancouver and then I moved to this town in 2008. After being here for five years, I believe I can help change the economy of the town, create jobs, and revitalize the community. It all starts with one thing and I hope you become a part of it.
