From Rocker to Dancer to Karaoke Burlesque

<p>Years of music nerdness, playing and singing in rock bands and general mayhem led to a shift over to interest in dance, burlesque and the exotic arts... then the pendulum swung back as a renewed love for 80's music and pop metal took ahold... looking for a way to synthesize all these things together the concept of being a burlesque performer who sings while stripping took hold. Looking for a venue to do this thing led to creating the event Karaoke Burlesque in June of 2011. KB spent 3 successful months at now defunct Weird Bar, went into hiding for a few months when the venue closed down, and then rose like the Phoenix at Hamburger Marys, reborn as a FREE EVENT. Now, the time to take Karaoke Burlesque to the next level is NIGH with YOUR HELP WE CAN DO IT!</p>
