Edgar Jimz is a Screen Actors Guild-AFTRA Actor and Director. Edgar graduated from the Inter American University Law School with a Juris Doctorate Degree (Law Degree). Edgar has been featured in films such as “Duplicity”, “Sins of Sorrow”, “Ten Stories Tall”, “The Taking of Pelham 123”, “Salt” and "The Dark Knight Rises" and in TV series such as “All My Children”, “Law & Order”, Season 19/20 (5 Episodes), “Mercy” and “The Unusuals”. In 2008, Edgar founded “Screen Working Actors Tactical Specialists, LLC.” (SWATS FILMS). Utilizing his experience as a Captain for the “Emergency Service Unit”, the company provides services of S.W.A.T. Team, Police Raid Team and other Police Roles to the Independent Low Budget Industry. In December, 2010, Edgar filmed his first short film as Director; Code Name: "Operation Black Thunder". The film achieved several nominations and awards. In January, 2011, his second short film, "Collateral Package" was released. Collateral Package achieved even more nominatons and awards than his first film. Edgar latest production is The Evil's Gate, was released in July 2012. It has earned 16 nominations and 2 awards. S.W.A.T.S. FILMS has achieved a total of 10 awards and 26 nominations for award in 3 years.
