Born in July, 2013, South Bend heeded the call for its very own Rocky Horror Picture Show shadowcast. The fishnets are let loose on South Bend but reside the State Theater in downtown South Bend. Hot Patooties is made up of a very talented cast and crew paying homage to Frank-N-Furter and his band of Transvestites.
