Marian O'Brien and Keith Whitaker are parents of two adult children with special needs and are keenly aware of the lack of safe, educational, vocational and residential services for adults with developmental and neurological conditions. They want to create a lively and fascinating place, here in the Northwest, that would be a permanent home for some of our more vulnerable local residents, and would also provide a transitional home-like environment for young adults who could develop independence.
