I was born September 28, 1950 in Windom, MN, but grew up in Colorado. My husband and I have six adult children, 15 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. I have been interested in health for as long as I can remember. I read and retain information about it and people often ask my opinion regarding it.
