Cinder Hypki is an artist, educator and community development consultant living in Baltimore; she maintains a mosaic studio there. Cinder has assisted over 60 nonprofits, community groups, and foundations with the full gamut of organizational development needs. As a community artist, she designs and facilitates creative projects with diverse groups to assist people in communicating, healing, solving problems, improving their communities and working for social justice.
