Ryan Carmichael is a writer and filmmaker from Southfield, MI. Influenced by the music of Beethoven, Thelonious Monk, and The Roots; the writing of Dostoevski, Jean Paul Sartre and Kurt Vonnegut; and the films of Vittorio De Sica, Jean-Luc Godard and Spike Lee, Ryan aims to synthesize and filter these unique voices through a lens that examines the existential circumstances of modern humanity. Oh yea, he makes musicals too.
