Scarlett is an independent filmmaker currently based in Burlington Vermont. Born in Houston, Texas she moved to Vermont for film school. She has studied film in America, Montreal, Dublin, and London. She graduated from Champlain College in 2017 with a passion for finding new stories, inspiring change, and visually representing what she loves. She produces, writes, directs, and edits all of her documentaries! She also loves traveling, Zumba, the outdoors, food, and other cool things!
