Dreamer, Lyricist, Humanist

Mi nombre es Garry y soy guionista :P

I love lyrical films with dark fantasy elements, strong characters and metaphors for real-life problems.

Some films I love: Heavenly Creatures, Suspiria, Pan's Labyrinth, Virgin Suicides, Donnie Darko.

Also a big fan of animation, especially alternative/experimental forms like stop-frame .

Some films I love featuring animation: Bunny and the Bull, Nightmare Before Christmas, Coraline, James and the giant peach, The Secret of Kells

My writing tends to feature strong, flawed characters in surreal situations that they struggle to understand/control, and I have written both for animation and live-action. I'm interested in writing Horror/ Sci-fi/ fantasy-drama/ anything with a surreal or supernatural twist.

Notable writing projects:

Neon Ghosts- (15 minute Sci-fi Thriller) - Alex, a successful dealer of 'ghosts' (small electronic devices that change your appearance), feels his business crashing down around him when mysterious mutations start to affect his products.
