Arnold J. (Skip) Oliver lives in Sandusky, Ohio and is an emeritus professor of Political Science at Heidelberg University in Ohio. He earned a Ph.D. in Political Science from the U. of Colorado in 1983. He has traveled, conducted research and lived in nearly 50 different countries. Dr. Oliver is a Vietnam veteran and a long-time member of Veterans for Peace. He is an avid sailor, and is obsessed with the restoration of the Golden Rule.
