Please help a School Teacher out.
My name is Raymond Culp and I'm a school teacher in Arkansas. Due to severe health problems the past few months I've incurred an enormous amount of medical bills that my insurance won't pay completely. I hate asking for help but I live on a teacher's salary and it is not the greatest in Arkansas compared to other states. I'm trying to pay my cardiologist bills, ambulance bills, neurosurgeon bill, etc. and now my payroll is being garnished. I'm doing the best that I can. I hate asking for help.
