I'm a co-founder and Managing Partner at Metamorphic Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm in New York City. Prior to founding Metamorphic, I spent eight years at Google where I was the second employee in Google’s New York office and on the founding team that launched Google’s advertising monetization strategy. Google was generating $3 million in revenue when I joined. I'm also a board member of non-profit organizations Girls Who Code and The River Fund.
