I joined the Washington Youth Garden staff in 2012 as the SPROUT Field Trip Coordinator and was promoted to Development and Communications Manager in 2013. I spent over 5 years as a secondary science educator at an international school in Guadalajara, MX where I founded a roof-top educational garden, led the science accreditation committee, and developed and implemented the middle school biology curriculum. Formal education: B.S. in Environmental Science, Duke University
