<p><strong>Who We Are</strong><br /><br /> We are a Missouri licensed rescue, (and state non-profit) rescuing purebred Boxers and Schnauzers (all three sizes) with-in the state of Missouri. We are located in southwest Missouri and concentrate our efforts in that area but will cover other areas of the state when needed. We are not a large rescue but are growing and in need of funds and foster homes. We also are an American Boxer Rescue (www.americanboxerrescue.org) affiliate member. If you would like to help please e-mail at BSROzarks@gmail.com.<br /><br /><strong> Adopting a Friend</strong><br /><br /> The adoption process starts with an application (found at www.midwestboxerrescues.com for boxers and by email for schnauzers). Once that is received, we will schedule a home visit to learn about you and your family (including your fur children!). This enables us to ensure that the boxer or schnauzer placed with you will be the best match for you and your family. We do require fences and most adopted boxers and schnauzers will require some form of group obedience class to help you bond with your new family member. All current pets need to be altered, up to date on shots and on heartworm prevention. Please email us if you have any questions, we would love to visit with you. Please remember that boxers and schnauzers are indoor pets.<br /> Come Visit Us!<br /><br />&nbsp;All our boxers and schnauzers are housed in private homes so that they can learn to be part of a family. Due to this, we do not have a facility you can visit out of respect for our foster homes privacy. But, we will be doing meet -n- greets soon. Our wonderful friends at Ultimate Pet in Springfield, Tractor Supply in Nixa and Petco in Branson will have information soon as to days we will be visiting them.
