Together with my wife Jennifer we have four amazing kids: Katelyn (17), Christie (15), Haley (12), and Jacob (8) and I dedicate as much time to them as I can. They will work with me in the shop when we're up and running too. I have been a butcher for over 15 years, though it's mostly been what you could call a hobby. I've worked as a meat cutter in local grocery stores over the years, drove cement trucks and tractor trailers, but always seem to come back to this. It's a part of who I am.
