Help Hope get leg surgery.

I adopted a kitten who was hours from being put to sleep because of her injuries. I took her in knowing she had problems because I could NOT see this kitten die. I took her to her first appointment today and she has a broken femur. She was apparently thrown out of a moving car window and was on the side of the road when she was found.
