Trenton Bowens

In 2009, Trenton made his first run for public office but lost the city commissioners race. Trenton made it clear he would never lose again and made a second run for Benton Harbor City Commission in 2011. Trenton won with over 60 percent of the vote and became one of the few young elected officials in Benton Harbor’s history. Trenton maintains his position as a city commissioner and is known for his “tell like it is” approach and holds nothing back. He is considered to have a bright future ahead
