Brendan Pollecutt

I am a South African writer and director living mostly in Los Angeles but with strong ties to the mother country.

I have been involved in the television/film industry pretty much all my life. My father was a musician and I grew up watching him score TV jingles, Movies and TV shows. I did a lot of acting, writing and directing in the 90's and 00's. I made my first feature film, "Hey Boy" back in 2004, a movie that was screened all over Africa. I have been writing sitcom since 1997 and have 90 or so episodes under my belt. I have a quirky and often distasteful sense of humor. Thankfully, film is my outlet.
