With my incredible wife Ashley we are finishing our book to share our remarkable story of parntership, triumph over challenging odds, and finding our way with movement and connection. I believe to change the world I need to start with myself, and by grace I have been given the willingness and the support to change myself to be of use. I am a gifted athlete and healer, practicing both the healing and martial arts. With Taiji and Tango we are helping men and women heal and become empowered.
