I'm passionate about growing Highlander's sustainable practices: healthy techniques for preparing foods, working with local and organic farmers and our local food cooperative, and sourcing our supplies more sustainably. I am grateful to work with our talented Workshop Center staff who share this commitment (pictured, L to R): Stephanie McAninch, Thomas Williams, Betty Hickman, myself, Isis Tafari, Jenn Christian, and Tracey Gilbert, who make the Center warm, welcoming and rocking with energy.
