Hailing from a predominantly military background I've spent the past 20 years working as an underwater cameraman and conservation photographer. In this time I have personally witnessed a decline in some of the most enigmatic of underwater species, namely sharks and manta rays. I now embark on what could be the most important project in my production career to date, to delve deep into the industry that is the world leader and supplier of shark fins to the SE Asian shark fin soup industry.
