Ay-Ay: Junior Caribbean Writer, to launch first journal for children in the Caribbean

I am Opal Palmer Adisa, a Caribbean writer and editor who has lived and taught in California for over 20 years as a professor of Literature and Graduate Creative writing. I have written 16 books and edited several journals, including my own, Interviewing the Caribbean. I have taught poetry and creative writing to children in schools from grade 3-12 and have coached them in reading publicly.
