Who is Amber...

I started my career in the in my grandmother's kitchen. When it was time for me to "grow up", I decided Le Cordon Bleu would be the ideal school for me. After battling many ovens & mixers I managed to graduate Cum Laude. Since then I have worked with some amazing people & companies; Rachael Ray, Jamie Oliver, Warren Brown, and Paul Bakery Flagship Store to name a few. It is time to move on to my own venture and help others in the hospitality industry to grow and learn as well.
