I am Sarah Welborn, owner and operator of Awareness Through Movement® with Sarah. My journey thus far includes three years of Feldenkrais ATM® Teacher and FI® Practitioner Training at The Institute for Somatic Science Education (ISSE). I have acted as the Feldenkrais® Teaching Assistant for summer sessions 2011 and 2012 at the School at Steppenwolf. I teach a weekly ATM® class at Move Beyond Movement Studio in addition to private client lessons in Chicago and elsewhere thanks to the internet.
