Blue Jack, and Me
Two Years ago I began writing a fiercely original screenplay about a young mother raising her four year old son in the trunk of her muscle car. The two live life on the run without ever leaving town. It happened like this: I opened my eyes one morning and the wide trunk of a 70's muscle car opened with them. Inside, and also just waking up, was a four year old boy in wombat pajamas sleeping next to a stuffed, three and a half foot tall Blue Bunny. The wily pair popped up in the trunk, had a look around and began to take on evil forces in a tiny town that villains had run away with. That is the story of how I came to write Blue Jack, a classic story of Good vs. Evil, told in imaginative ways that thrill, frighten, and excite you; a visual tale unlike any other. My secret hope is for Blue Jack to become that movie you would never look away from, a film you would lay down your candy for. The film I am making is a movie you were meant to see. I can't thank you enough for helping to bring these unusually special characters to life!
