Nechama Shaina

I began painting at two years of age and have never stopped. I studied art at SF Art Institute, Fashion Institute and Technology, and Michlelet Emunah in Jerusalem. I am married and blessed with two children and reside in San Francisco. I see art in all ways and believe every moment can be active art. I studied ‘Sofrut’ Hebrew scribal art at Pardes and privately with Rae Eckman and Daniel Dahan. I see the Hebrew letters as the Breath that creates and animates the Universe.
