<p>Hello, my name is Aaron Hillis. As a NYC-based film critic and journalist, I'm the editor of <strong><em>GreenCine Daily</em></strong> and have written for <strong><em>The</em> <em>Village Voice</em></strong>, <strong><em>L.A. Weekly</em></strong>, <strong><em>Time Out NY</em></strong>, <strong><em>Variety</em></strong>,<strong><em>Spin</em></strong>, <strong><em>MovieMaker Magazine</em></strong>, and more.</p> <p>Additionally, I'm the curator of the <strong>reRun Gastropub Theater</strong> in the DUMBO neighborhood of Brooklyn, a hip 60-seat cinema that <em>Entertainment Weekly</em> said is "redefining the moviegoing experience" and was praised as one of "The World's Coolest Movie Theaters" by <em>Travel and Leisure</em>.</p> <p>I'm also a filmmaker (my co-directorial feature debut <strong>"Fish Kill Flea"</strong> premiered at SXSW 2007) and vice-president of <strong>Benten Films</strong>, the first boutique DVD label curated and run by critics.</p>
