In 2008, I had the privilege of studying original, devised, ensemble physical theater at Dell Arte International in Blue Lake, CA, and the experience transformed my life. From there, I studied devised collaborative theater-making at the Grotowski Institute in Brezinzka, Poland and at Ecole Jacques Lecoq in Paris, France.I believe that creating original work is a process that clears the consciousness and opens the audience to the performers as they hold the sacred space of theater.
