After graduating from Evergreen State College with a degree in Film, Jay began working in TV animation for DIC Entertainment and followed that with work in the medical and commercial video production fields eventually writing and directing feature films and broadcast television. His films "RESOLUTION", "IN A DARK PLACE", and "URBAN TERRORIST" have been released worldwide and he is developing two TV series, "G2G DALLAS/NY" and "COUNTRY DOC".
