Hello, My name is Richard Luck and, with Sarah Mullens, I co-founded UnBoundRVA. UnBoundRVA's mission is to provide talented individuals from low-income communities a path to entrepreneurship. Our experience teaching in the inner city showed us the incredible amount of talent that goes underutilized every day in low-income communities around our nation. At UnBoundRVA, we seek to find that talent and use it to create success entrepreneurs and businesses.
