Making It from Scratch
My passion for baking was realized later in life and with the encouragement of friends I decided to change careers and go to culinary school. I attended ICE in NYC and graduated with high honors from both the Pastry & Baking Program as well as the Culinary Management Program while working full-time. I started working in NYC and dedicated myself to building a menu, stores, and a brand for other people. Now I am opening my own bakery purely dedicated to the food created and the people eating it
