I have wanted to own a restaurant for as long as I can remember. Food brings people together and makes them happy. Since my first job at 15, I have held many various restaurant positions, from server to manager and every level in between. Three years ago, my partner Jessie and I opened GourMelt Grilled Cheese Truck in Reno, Nevada. GourMelt was just the beginning of what we have to offer. I can't wait to serve you breakfast!
