<p><strong>ERIK LIBERMAN</strong>'s theatre highlights include: Harold Prince's <em>LoveMusik</em> on Broadway; Off-Broadway's <em>For Elise, Minnie's Boys</em> and <em>The Calamity of Kat Kat and Willie</em>; the world tour of <em>Mabou Mines Dollhouse</em> (Choreography); the North American tour of <em>Fiddler on the Roof</em> opposite Topol, Harvey Fierstein and Theodore Bikel; the 25th Annivesary production of <em>Into the Woods</em> at Baltimore Centerstage and Westport Country Playhouse (Dir: Mark Lamos), <em>Merrily We Roll Along</em> at Signature Theatre (Dir: Eric Schaeffer, Helen Hayes Award), <em>Reefer Madness!</em> (Original Cast, Ovation and Garland Awards), <em>A Clockwork Orange, The Tempest</em>; concerts of <em>L'Histoire du Soldat</em> at Occupy Wall Street, <em>An Evening of Kurt Weill</em> at Lincoln Center, <em>Broadway in the Berkshires</em> at Shakespeare & Co; and workshops of new plays and musicals with Mark Brokaw, Moisés Kaufman, Frank Galati, Kristin Hanggi, John Kander, Jason Robert Brown, Ann Reinking, Sally Field and Carol Burnett, among others. </p> <p>Erik is a featured vocalist on <em>The Beatles Complete on Ukelele,</em> co-stars with Parisian recording artist Clara Ponty in her upcoming music video, <em>Sunshine</em>, and appears as "Len Rolls" on the hit web sitcom, <em>Submissions Only</em>. A Moth storyteller and <em>Huffington Post blogger</em>, he co-authored the book <em>Wisdom from an Empty Mind</em> with his father, Dr. Jacob Liberman. A recipient of honors from The Kurt Weill Foundation, Def Comedy Jam, The Henry Mancini Institute and The National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts, his training includes courses at The Royal National Theatre of Great Britain, Complicite and The Groundlings.</p> <p>When he is not onstage, Erik enjoys teaching younger artists at venues including Wesleyan University, The Boston Conservatory and New York Film Academy. After his 2010 NYMF Award-winning performance as Groucho Marx in <em>The Most Ridiculous Thing You Ever Hoid</em>, he was invited to The White House - in character as the iconic comedian.
