Born in Dehra Dun, India. She came to the US in her early years. Her father is a retired engineer from the Indian armed forces and her mother is the daughter of the Maharaja of Maihar in mid-India. She attended St. Thomas high school in India before moving to the US. After moving to NY, she converted her long-held interest in Acting to a career.
