About the Farmer

Caroline grew up in Raleigh, NC, always interested in environmental issues and sustainability, which led her to major in Environmental Studies at the University of North Carolina. Caroline became interested in organic farming while at UNC, and soon became involved. She is also an accomplished cook and enjoys culinary projects cooking from scratch! This week she moves to the mountains of North Carolina, with plans to start a small sustainable farm of her own, sit on her porch, and pick banjo.
