I was pulled by a powerful call to service and a desire to explore my gifts and passions, and was engaged with an initiative called Bus the Change (associated with the Awakening the Dreamer symposium , the Pachamama Alliance and Generation Waking Up) for 8 months, in exploration of that impulse. Still currently working to proliferate the work of Generation Waking Up, I live with the organizers of Bus the Change in our home, Praxis Playhouse.

I'm passionate about the role of participatory regenerative arts such as ritual, dance, music, storytelling and play, in realizing our personal wholeness, and inspiring community cohesion. As the late Thomas Berry said, “We must invent, or reinvent, a sustainable human culture by a descent into our pre-rational, our instinctive resources…What is needed is not transcendence but “inscendence,” not the brain, but the gene.”
