I grew up in Colorado. When I finished high school, I assumed that a career in the arts meant not moving back to the provincial backwater I grew up. I went to school in LA, then worked in New York and Europe. A decade after I left, I came home on a visit and realized that things were different – the cultural scene was expanding, with space to create and innovate, and that work could have huge impact. Over the last decade I've built my life around that mission: to help this arts scene explode.
