My education has been in International Studies, Economics, and Administrative Law. I was an Instructor of Economics at Ohio State Univ. This academic background was applied in the U.S., for 12 years, with the Exec. Office of the President in the war on poverty and leadership in programming toward energy independence. In Viet Nam, Cambodia, Bosnia, and Angola, during 15 years, I was responsible. for start-ups and institutional change as an advisor or as an operations project manager.
