I have had a lifelong obsession with history combined with a passion for swords and martial arts, so when I discovered HEMA I knew I was where I belonged, a chance to do what I loved and help take a movement that I believed in, forward. I'm also a rider and found the lack of concerted action in the mounted areas of HEMA to be something that I could address and this ultimately resulted in the Rossfechten Symposium.
