Originally born in Montreal, I was influenced by my mother who worked as a seamstress since childhood. I moved with my family to Vancouver in 1994 where my love for fashion and design flourished. After high school, I found myself working as a vintage clothing buyer in the "rag trade" for many years. This was where the idea to up-cycle fashion came from for me.
